Who we are

Information you provide

Contact and quote forms ask for business contact details and, where relevant, shipment requirements: company, contact name, email, phone, pickup and delivery locations, date, equipment, commodity, approximate weight, number of loads, and notes. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, bank information, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information. The forms do not accept file uploads.

How we use inquiries

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss transportation requirements, and provide requested business follow-up. Sending an inquiry does not book a shipment or create a pricing or capacity commitment. We do not use the forms to sign you up for marketing messages.

Formspark processing and email delivery

When live delivery is enabled, forms send the details you enter over HTTPS to Formspark. Formspark processes and stores submissions, screens them for spam, and sends notification emails to jennifer@flexiblefreightsolutions.com. A copy can remain in the Formspark dashboard and in the business mailbox. Formspark may process technical information, including IP address, approximate location inferred from it, and browser, origin, and referrer information, to operate the service and screen for abuse. It uses service providers for functions such as delivery and spam screening. See Formspark’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

Website and mailbox providers

The production website is intended to be hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes requests and associated technical information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, to serve and protect the website. Porkbun provides the business mailbox receiving inquiry notifications. These providers process information to deliver their respective services. The website has no connection to private freight-management platforms or internal email accounts.

Spam prevention, cookies, and analytics

The form setup includes a hidden spam-trap field and Formspark’s automatic spam screening, subject to its account settings. No advertising trackers, optional website analytics, third-party marketing scripts, or application cookies have been added to this site. Hosting and form providers may process technical information for their own service operations. If an additional challenge or analytics service is added later, this policy will be updated as appropriate.

Retention and security

We intend to retain inquiry information only as long as needed for business follow-up, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations, and to review and remove records that are no longer needed. Dashboard and mailbox copies require separate deletion; an automatic deletion period is not promised. Service-provider backup retention may differ. You may contact us to request correction or deletion, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs and applicable requirements. HTTPS and access controls help protect information, but no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Other disclosures and external links

We may share information with service providers as described above, to respond to your request, to arrange services you ask for, or where required by applicable law. We do not sell inquiry information. The Available Loads button opens the public Online Freight Services Open Loads page in a separate tab. That external site has its own data practices; this website does not import its load information.

Changes and effective date

This policy will be reviewed when the website’s data practices change. Effective date: October 16, 2026.
